Message	On modded lower CR cars like the Z31, HP is lower but torque is high. Lower CR means you're able to run more boost, and more boost means higher effective displacement, hence more torque. And on turbo'd NA cars, it really bumps up their HP, but their torque is always quite a bit lower than the lower compression turbo model.
